Our design process is based on energy\-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long\-term performance\. **Job Summary** + Providing market knowledge and local insights into the design, planning, engineering & construction industry\. + Developing and nurturing key client relationshipslocaland the neighboring cities, significantly increase AECOM’s client base and revenue in the Northeast region\. + Be responsible for identifying business leads in the local markets, and pre\-qualifying these opportunities\. + Coordinating team efforts for proposal submittals, responses, interviews, presentations, contract negotiations and related activities\. + Raising the level of awareness of AECOM brand and thought leadership inlocal market\. + Strengthening AECOM’s connections with the local government, industry policy makers, universities, and the design institutes, by extending existing relationshipsto facilitatenew partnerships\. + Assisting senior management in identifying strategic acquisition and/or joint venture targets\. + Assisting the management team in regional business planning and regular reviews\. + Providing support to headquarter office for any regional activities, including but not limited to industry conference, tradeshows, campus recruiting and senior executive visits\. + Other tasks assigned by Regional Director of Business and Strategic Development\. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or technical related fields such as architectural design, urban planning, engineering, + Prior experience in related local government bureaus and/or local engineering & design institute are strongly preferred\. + Generally requires 4\+ years related experience in a comparable position\. + Must have high level of integrity and working ethnics\. + Mature, proactive, business savvy, action & result\-oriented\. + Superb personal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients, and interact cross\-culturally\. + Strong verbal and written communicated skills, in both Chinese and English\. + High level of organization and prioritization skills,able to function independently with minimum guidance\. + Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast\-growing company\. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience in related local government bureaus and/or local engineering & design institute are strongly preferred\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
