**Job Summary**
Responsibilities include:
+ Performing reviews of professional service agreement with guidance from Director of Federal Contracts and Procurement \(FCAP\) and others, including in\-house counsel
+ Communicating review comments and contract exceptions to project managers and associated staff
+ Seeking additional information from staff related to contract details, associated scope, and potential risks
+ Working closely with contract managers and in\-house counsel to establish and implement policies and procedures related to contract reviews, contract filing, and overall functionality of the corporate contracts management department
+ Following up with project managers and contract managers to obtain fully\-executed contracts
+ Perform electronic filing of contract documents in database
+ Identifying deviations from ATS’ standard contract terms in client\-issued contracts and subcontracts
+ Assisting in the preparation of claims, disputes, and appeals to federal clients
+ Collaborate with Business Development, Business Unit Leaders, Operations, Finance and Legal departments to draft and finalize contracts, letters of intent, amendments, requests for equitable adjustments, and claims
+ Interpret and/or modify scope of services description, Federal Acquisition Regulation \(FAR\) contract clauses text, in addition to proposal text
+ Interact/consult with Director of Federal Contracts and Procurement \(FCAP\), in\-house counsel, and other responsible parties to obtain necessary approvals for proposal and contract submission
+ In collaboration with the Director of Federal Contracts and Procurement \(FCAP\), enhance and develop contract/Amendment development tools and processes
+ Ensure appropriate information distribution and discussion with relevant operational groups during Contract and amendment negotiations
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Minimum 4 years of experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Four year business, finance, legal, or related degree
+ Experience with federal contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulation
