Ten (10) years hands-on technical experience with the following: System testing, development of test plans and procedures, automated test tools, project scheduling, test data analysis, test report generation, and test execution. Experience with sensor system testing and development of test document artifacts (Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Requirement Verification Matrix) is essential. Ability to evaluate software written in C++ is essential. Ability to communicate ideas and work within a team environment; self-motivated and detail oriented to prepare and deliver quality products and services. Ability to lift moderately heavy equipment. Ability to work in non-office, non-climate controlled environments, including test labs, test ranges, and ships. Willingness to work non-standard hours in support of test events and geographically distributed teams. Job Description: AECOM has an opportunity for an Integration & Test Engineer in our Dahlgren, VA location! Position Description: AECOM is seeking an Engineer to support the various Electronic Warfare programs with Integration and Testing activities. Analyze the system under test, requirements and design, and develop test objectives and procedures for evaluation. Will perform integration of software components on host Common Processor System (CPS) and integration of element Software Systems to Combat Management Systems (CMSs). Will assess integration issues, evaluate SW capabilities and make recommendations to resolve integration and test issues. Develop and execute detailed schedules in MS Project. Coordinate with organizations external to NSWC Dahlgren, including afloat commands, design agents, and other test facilities. Prepare briefings and present test status to program office and uniform military personnel. Conduct test events in lab and test range environments. Analyze test data and develop written reports based on that analysis. Work independently and cooperatively within a small group or team environment. URS and AECOM have joined together as one company.
