Our global network of top\-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries\. **Job Summary** We are currently have an available role for a Grade 6 **Track Access Planner** to be based in the Manchester office\. KEY TASKS ·Request track access using PPS and GZAC application\. ·Ensure the correct investigation of all T2 and T3 bookings to guarantee delivery of the programme\. ·Liaise with NDS possession teams ensure access within possessions owned by other contractors\. ·Creation of / input into WPP \(work package plan\) / TBS \(task Briefing sheet\) ·Creation of SSOWP \(safe system of work packs\) – ex RIMINI ·Understanding of works undertaken by AECOM and its approved suppliers ·Understanding of the Network rail rule book \(now commonly known as handbooks\) ·Input in change control – documentation of access issues ·Ordering of safety critical resources \(e\.g\. DC isolation resources, ES/PC/COSS/Lookout etc\) ·Liaison with Site Managers and Survey team Leaders ensuring clear briefing on safety paperwork ·Production of Site Packs ·Attendance at planning related meetings e\.g\. T\-minus / PICOP / Whiteboard meetings **Minimum Requirements** ES / COSS **Preferred Qualifications** + May be requirement to work on site from time to time as SM / assisting with survey + ES/COSS knowledge is preferable but not essential \(training can be given\) + SSOWP is preferable but not essential \(training can be given\) + Have knowledge of the Network Rails Sectional Appendix, National Hazard Directory, Quail Maps, Green zone Compendia and 5 mile Line diagrams is preferable but not essential \(training can be given\) **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
