**About the Business Line** **Building Engineering**
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors\. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design\. We embed sustainability principles in every design\.
**Job Summary** Manage the contract Facilities support team and provide technical management for all facility tasks to include:minor renovations services, base services, space planning and interior design support\.
Support Client in planning and evaluating customer requirements, provide oversight to ensure key performance measurements are collected and reported\.
Supervise project process and ensure jobs/tasks are completed and on time\.
Develop emergency procedures and create an "essential" personnel ready team, to assist in emergencies, including but not limited to, weather related actions, mission\-critical activities and security incidents\.
**Minimum Requirements** Minimum of five \(5\) years recent experience in facility management; Experience supporting an Intelligence Community facility of at least 4,000 \+ people desired\.
Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Engineering \(Mechanical, Electrical or General\) Agency required training as appropriate
**Preferred Qualifications** Basic computer skills \(MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes\); experience with MAXIMO is desirable; basic understanding and familiarization with: AutoCAD; Construction Management; Building Operations and Management; Project Management, related to facilities operations; knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, maintenance, \(i\.e\., carpentry, painting, masonry\) and other general trades\.
PMP Certification preferred\.
