Our economic services encompass planning and programming, measuring and testing, and strategy and implementation for a broad range of clients\. **Job Summary** + Being accountable for business development, prepare proposals and presentations\. + Lead domestic and international project teams on land\-based development consultancy projects\. + Provide consultative services to governments and private sector clients regarding leisure, tourism and resort planning, new town planning, urban regeneration, infrastructure and transportation economics, etc\. + Provide development recommendations and strategies for tourism, commercial, and residential projects\. + Interact with urban design, environmental and infrastructure planning teams in an integrated working environment\. + Manage the project deliverables, including ensuring deadlines are met, client management and staff management\. **Minimum Requirements** + Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Planning or other related disciplines\. Master Degree is highly preferred + Minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in real estate sector + Experience in business development and prior marketingin **Asian market** is essential; preferably in real estate or economic development environment **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to present projects, ideas and proposals to clients and public sector + Ability to lead financial feasibility and land use phasing studies + Good client\-management skills + Excellent written and spoken English is a must **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
