Requisition Number: FS103991 Interest Category: Operations & Maintenance Interest Sub Category: Operations & Maintenance Job Title : Condition Reporting Administrator Employment Category/Status: full-time Type of Position: Regular Hire Country: U.S. State: Colorado City: Pueblo Minimum Requirements: REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Computer Science related field and 6 years of database administrator or design experience Or • Associate degree in Computer Science related field and 10 years of database administrator or design experience Or • High school diploma/equivalent and 14 years of database administrator or design experience Minimum Qualifications: • Must be a US or naturalized citizen able to obtain and maintain PCAPP site access • Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment • Familiar with system design and development skill as well as database-related skills • Advance user of Microsoft applications • Thorough knowledge of a formal Condition Reporting program • Ability to plan, develop, maintain, and implement a Condition Reporting program • Experience with project improvement techniques • Ability to train others on Condition Reporting program Desired Qualifications: • Experience in Root Cause/Apparent Cause Analysis • Experience in a Conduct of Operations or Work Management environment URS and AECOM have joined together as one company. Job Description: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / TASKS • Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees. • Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations. • May be required to work overtime or varying hours. • Be at work when scheduled and maintain a good attendance record. • Work in close proximity to and or in a chemical demilitarization facility. • Plan, develop, maintain and implement a corrective action tracking program to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local laws, rules, and regulations and implement continuous improvements in the processes. • Report statuses of corrective action implementation and provide updates to in-line management as required. • Provide continual improvements to the corrective action process and update programs as required. • Assist in activities related to data planning and developing and the establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to the Corrective Action database management, security, maintenance and utilization to include the following: • Coordinate and test required changes to the database management system. Codes, tests and implements physical database. • Advise personnel on data processing administrative policies and procedures, security maintenance, technical problems, methods, priorities and utilization. • Maintain procedures for the Corrective Action Process • Develop administrative procedures and maintain security roles/permissions of Condition Reporting database. • Serve in a coordination role for the Condition Reporting Group • Review, maintain, status and coordinate with project personnel regarding Condition Reporting corrective actions. • Develop and present metrics to senior and mid-level plant management on the health of the Condition Reporting program. • Mediate meetings/conferences that are conducted to resolve Condition Reporting corrective actions. • Facilitate integration of the Condition Reporting program into the project strategic objectives. • Consult with supervisors concerning unusual problems and developments. Independently make decisions regarding Corrective Actions issues or problems and perform duties necessary to fulfill such requests. • Coordinate with the data closure administrator and all organizations for resolution of corrective action issues. • Provide managers and supervisors with feedback for improvements regarding their organizational performance. • Develop key performance indicators for monitoring of department Condition Reporting program. • Provide analysis and trends of data resulting from Condition Reporting program. • Special projects as directed by management.
