Experience:
• 5 years of experience in information management.
• Proven knowledge and experience with enterprise content management systems and Microsoft Windows environment.
• Three (3) years experience in Automotive.
• Two (2) years experience with General Motors’ projects
• Computer proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Must have strong working knowledge with Contract Manager software
• Must be willing to work in a plant/field environment
• Must be familiar with electronic filing, disc preparation and e-storage.

Project Services – Our Project Services group partners with Energy & Construction operating groups to execute projects by providing top-caliber, professional personnel trained to deliver projects with efficiency and certainty; anticipating and responding to project needs; deploying—with market-driven agility—well-integrated processes, systems and tools designed to enhance project efficiency; maintaining a market-competitive cost structure; and seamlessly integrating functions into cohesive project teams. Position Description or Typical Responsibilities:
• Assist Contract Manager to manage all contract documents
• Files & tracks all bid package documentation.
• Maintains master drawing lists.
• Assists in change order preparation
• Maintains DCR and change order Logs
• Copies & distributes drawings, specifications, contracts
• Route DCR’s, change orders, etc.
• Project procedures manual - Site control plan, Health & safety plan, Quality control plan, Cost control plan
• Plant specific special conditions
• Contractor’s information manual
• Set-up and maintain project files per GM document index / file structure (hard copy and electronic)
• Distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain / distribute QA/QC Testing services documents
• Manage ILM requirements for labeling and retention
• Route MSDS sheets to plant Environmental Engineer
• Collect & file – operation & maintenance manuals, training manuals, spare parts list, warranties
