• Minimum 15 years of experience managing facility siting, permitting, licensing and environmental compliance services for a wide variety of utility, industrial and manufacturing facilities is required, including but not limited to: power plants and transmission lines, port facilities, pulp and paper/wood products, food processing, oil and gas E&P, LNG terminals, natural gas transmission lines, petroleum refining and marketing, chemical and paint manufacturing, aerospace, metals, mining and minerals, and high tech market sectors.
• Experience as an expert witness in hearings for power plant site certification and NEPA compliance
• Have significant experience with regulatory agencies and requirements in the Pacific Northwest and other western states
• A valid driver's license is required
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position may be required to pass a pre-employment substance abuse test

• Perform air quality permitting and regulatory compliance during clients’ project/facility development/modification
• Oversee construction and operation activities
• Maintain compliance with NEPA and state environmental policy act, including energy facility site certification
• Manage air quality and multidisciplinary environmental compliance projects
• Develop and cultivate long-term beneficial client relationships
