**Job Summary** We're seeking an Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team, based in our Century City location\. The Analyst will help advance the agenda of Executive leadership by defining strategic direction and driving critical strategic initiatives for AECOM\. This position will report to the Director and/or Vice President of Corporate Strategy\. This position requires the acumen to address complex projects, balance multiple responsibilities, and influence key stakeholders\.
Duties
• Develop actionable insights and quality deliverables in support of key strategic Enterprise priorities; maintain flexibility and accountability in support of multiple initiatives
• Conduct internal and external research and analysis to develop actionable recommendations
• Assess global markets and develop detailed market insights and strategies
• Work to establish the development of corporate, business unit and function strategic plans
• Provide strategic input into mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures
• Build credible subject matter expertise and personal brand across enterprise
• Establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Executive leadership team
• Understand the structure of the organization to interact with internal partners
• Manage relationships with external consultants and resources
**Minimum Requirements** • Undergraduate degree from top tier program
• 2\-4 years of work experience
• Prior management consulting, private equity, or investment banking experience is preferred
• Experience in research and analysis, strategic planning, and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external partners at various levels
• Proven ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo
• Passion for business and desire to develop into a strong business leader
• Highly comfortable with MS Office and corporate financial reporting systems
**Preferred Qualifications** Prior operational experience in EPC industry is a plus
