**Job Summary**
**The Opportunity**
To work for the World’s premier fully integrated infrastructure firm recruiting top talent\. Your focus will be to recruit both technical and non\-technical staff into a variety of roles based in multiple office locations\. You will be the point of contact for our hiring managers, and drive the recruitment process from approvals, advertising and assisting in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates\.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition \- ANZ the primary responsibilities of the role are:
+ Responsible for end to end to end recruitment to best practice standards for technical and non\-technical roles\.
+ Internal and external sourcing, identifying and optimising direct resourcing channels and headhunting\.
+ Proactively build and manage a talent pool of potential candidates using all channels available including social media etc\.
+ Drive the recruitment process including taking detailed job briefs, advertising, screening, short\-listing, and interviewing\.
+ Support the hiring managers with selection of candidates, interviews, negotiation with and placement of successful candidates\.
+ Drive the AECOM employment brand into the market, though involvement at universities, strategic recruitment drives and support for industry events\.

**About You**
We seek an experienced recruiter who thrives in hands on role and is a solid team player\. You will be responsible for providing full cycle recruitment across the region’s business lines in a fast paced environment\.
You will be able to demonstrate:
+ Experience of full life cycle recruiting across a wide variety of professional services roles \(technical recruitment is an added advantage\)\.
+ Previous internal recruitment experience\.
+ A team player, contributing to the wider ANZ Talent Acquisition teams success\.
+ Driven and enthusiastic, with proven ability to work with multiple priorities\.
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
+ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written\.
+ Strong commercial awareness\.
+ Possess sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and systems including behavioural interviewing techniques, including social media\.
+ Demonstrate previous internal recruitment experience\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience of recruiting in the built and natural environment \(civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental\) a strong advantage\.
